Big experience. Real impact. The Opportunity This is a hybrid Psychologist / Rehabilitation Consultant role. You'll work across a diverse mix of schemes — occupational rehabilitation, return-to-work, EAP, corporate early intervention, and government programs — managing your own caseload with the autonomy to plan your week around real life, not a corporate mandate. You'll also play a key role in our Restore Program: Integrated Rehabilitation — a distinctive model that brings together psychological and physical rehabilitation to support lasting, whole-person outcomes. Deliver psychological services across occupational rehabilitation, return-to-work, EAP, corporate early intervention, and government programs. Contribute to the Restore Program — working alongside EPs in our unique multidisciplinary model. Conduct workplace assessments, support injury management, and contribute to return-to-work planning. Manage an independent caseload with flexibility across in-person, online, community, and on-site delivery. Access mentoring from a Director with 25 years clinical experience, plus structured PD and training.
